FAQ

Q:  WILL YOUR SUSPENSION FLUID BECOME CLOUDY OR DISCOLOR OVER TIME?

A: No, our suspension will never become cloudy and has been formulated to prevent oxidation.

Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A. Yes! We ship anywhere in the world.

By default we will use USPS First Class International postal service for international shipments with delivery confirmation. While this service is extremely reliable we cannot control the reliability of customs offices and local postal carriers in the destination county who perform final delivery. For this reason, we cannot make guarantees on delivery dates and bear no responsibility for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you reside in a county where postal service is less than reliable, please notify us before you place your order and we can quote an insured delivery service.

Q. WILL THE FERROFLUID STAIN THE GLASS IF THE MAGNET IS LEFT ATTACHED?

A. Yes, the magnet should not be left on the glass as it will stain over time.

Q. WILL ANY MAGNET WORK WITH THE DISPLAY?

A. No, rare-earth magnets must be used to attain proper effect.

Q. DOES THE DISPLAY CONTAIN ANY BUBBLES?

A: Bubbles are a result of dissolved gasses that are a necessary part of the suspension liquid.

Q: CAN THE DISPLAY BE OPENED

A: Opening the display will destroy the ferrofluid and void the warranty.

Q. IS IT SAFE FOR CHILDREN?

A. No, the display is made of glass and should only be handled by adults.

Q. IS THE SUSPENSION FLUID / FERROFLUID FLAMMABLE OR CONTAIN TOXIC SUBSTANCES?
